Today’s blog will be a short one, but I wanted to take a moment to wish you well in this holiday season. We’ve had quite the year together, and I hope you’ve found 2015 as fulfilling as I have. We’ve done our best here on the show to help you take your health to the next level, and we’re proud of what we’ve helped you accomplish. But I’m also never satisfied with the job I do for you. Medicine and health care are constantly evolving, which means we also have to keep you informed of what’s new and important for your well-being.
Last year, we did that in a few ways. We started you on the Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan to help you meet your weight-loss goals and kick-start your health for 2015. We also gave you new ways to think about everyday things, including a ton of new ways to use coconut oil and wine (two of my personal favorites) that can help keep you healthy without breaking the bank. And finally, we gave you some advice on great foods that you can add to your diet to boost your overall health with a few simple choices.
While I don’t want to give away too much just yet, we also have a big project we’ll be launching in 2016 that I think you’re going to love. I’ve been working with a lot of experts in a few different fields to put together a brand new way to take your health to the next level. They all showed me that there are new ideas and better science that we can now use to support you and I’m excited to get it off the ground. Keep your eyes on the website next week!
Finally, I just want to say how grateful I am for your support and continued belief in the mission we have here at The Dr. Oz Show. When I first started the show, my goal was to give you the tools you needed to live healthier lives and encourage you to live your best self. The ways in which we’ve done that have exceeded my wildest dreams, but it’s only because viewers and readers like you have been there to support me and the work my team does every step of the way. You keep us pushing the boundaries of how we can best help you achieve your health goals.
Thank you for your support and have a wonderful holiday season. I can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store for us.
