Makes 7 Servings – Serving Size: ½ cup
1 large ripe banana – peeled, broken into chunks
8 oz extra firm tofu
15 oz canned pumpkin
2 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons agave nectar
Place banana in a food processor; process until smooth. Add tofu; process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Spoon mixture into individual bowls or one large bowl and refrigerate.
