Chilled Avocado, Asparagus & Spinach Soup

cold avocado soupBabies love toys, cuddling, books, love and … avocado! It’s true! Avocados are one of the best early foods you can introduce to your baby in the first year of life. First and foremost, avocados are soft and in addition to their ideal texture, they are chockfull of healthy monounsaturated fat, fiber, potassium, and folate. Many parents want to try other healthy green foods with their babies but are afraid. Well, moms, here is a solution for you! This soup is creamy, yummy and will gear your baby up for healthy eating habits later in life. Enjoy this as a family with some whole grain rolls (for the adults only of course) for dipping.
