Save Room: Banana Creamers Dessert

While I love healthy recipes for foods that I can serve as the main course, what I love even more are ones for after the meal! And what’s better than one that is quick and easy and includes three ingredients that have been proven to reduce your risk of chronic disease?

One of the best parts about these Banana Creamers is the pinch of espresso that’s added in. In the past two years, coffee has emerged as a major player in the world of health. Regular coffee consumption has been linked to reducing a person’s risk for developing type 2 diabetes and prostate and endometrial cancers, and may also protect against heart failure and dementia. Wow – all those benefits for one creamy tasty dessert! Here’s to living longer and sweeter!
