Plus, it’s since it utilizes dry sour cherries, you can make this any time of year. 1 tsp olive oil
20 oz. frozen organic chopped spinach, defrosted
1/2 cup dried sour cherries
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
In a medium saucepan warm the olive oil, add the spinach and cherries and cook stirring until just heated through. Serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
